As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Interpreting the TFCU brand and marketing plan as well as executing and measuring marketing programs and channels that support them
  • Carrying out marketing communications, campaigns and promotions designed to help the credit union reach its strategic goals
  • Managing the TFCU brand, managing marketing projects, reporting, and creating messaging and visual content for digital platforms, website, social media and more
  • Expected to manage complete campaigns, work on individual projects as needed, collaborate with colleagues, and promote the accounts and services of the credit union

Salary Range:

The salary range starts at $83,129.62; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:

You must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, advertising, journalism, or a related field. Requires three years of relatable experience. Experience with non-profits and/or financial institutions is preferred. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.

Keys to success:

In order to be successful as a Marketing Project Manager, you must possess these qualifications:

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including writing for publication, copy-editing, and proofreading (AP Style)
  • Interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills, including ability to interact with senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems and work under tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented with strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat video editing and other design technology platforms
  • Proficiency in various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Knowledge of 4-color process printing and commercial art process
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize projects and assignments
