**Job Title: Crown Stand Up Forklift Operator**
**Weekly Pay**
**Job Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for pulling stacks of meat using a stand-up forklift, ensuring continuous operation. You will also record productivity and track materials loaded/unloaded using a computer system. This position requires working in narrow aisles alongside 20 other operators and involves 40% of tasks off the forklift, including palletizing and counting products.
**Hard Skills**
+ Stand-up forklift experience (Crown or Raymond)
+ Ability to work weekends
+ Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
+ Freezer experience (preferred)
+ Food production experience (preferred)
**Soft Skills**
+ Attention to detail
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Ability to multitask
**Work Environment**
Refrigerated production facility, potentially working in a freezer environment. High standards of hygiene are mandatory, including washing boots and hands when entering new rooms.
