Siamo alla ricerca di un Progettista Middleware & Database in ambito estero.

La risorsa lavorerà su servizi in ambito Estero (Banche e Filiali) erogati mediante modelli di servizio diversi (IaaS,PaaS e SaaS). All’interno di questo contesto si occuperà di progettare e implementare infrastrutture per l’erogazione di servizi nei confronti della clientela suddetta secondo gli standard tecnologici della capogruppo. Svolgerà attività di supporto progettuale e trouble-shooting nelle fasi di progetto considerate come primo impianto ovvero come prima realizzazione della infrastruttura in cui emergono la maggior parte delle problematiche e seguire il progetto compreso l’handover alle strutture di supporto. Dovrà gestire le attività evolutive su tutto il ciclo di vita, dalle fasi iniziali di definizione delle attività alle attività realizzative, eventualmente gestendo risorse esterne a supporto delle attività. Dovrà disporre di capacità di analisi su differenti tecnologie (application server, database server e networking) e avere conoscenze trasversali maturate in ambiti sistemistici e applicativi. Si richiede una buona attitudine al troubleshooting per operare in situazioni di forte stress legate a situazioni critiche, crisi informatiche, pressione sulle tempistiche di progetto. È richiesta la disponibilità alla reperibilità e al lavoro fuori orario in caso di necessità. È richiesta una elevata capacità di project management per l’organizzazione dei task progettuali di competenza da implementare direttamente o da associare ad altri gruppi o altre risorse qualora necessario.

Dal punto di vista tecnologico le aree di competenza sono: • Open: è la tecnologia predominante. Principalmente basata su Intel, sistemi operativi Linux o Windows; • Unix: tecnologia IBM/pSeries con sistema operativo AIX. Meno presente che la tecnologia intel ma più critica dal punto di vista dei servizi erogati (anche se questa in misura più limitata e non vincolante); La conoscenza delle suddette tecnologie dovrà essere a livello di sistema operativo, architettura e interconnettività. Costituiranno titolo preferenziale eventuali certificazioni tecnologiche che le risorse eroganti il servizio avranno sulle specifiche tecnologie. In aggiunta va evidenziato che le infrastrutture fino ad ora descritte potrebbero subire delle revisioni in ottica di Cloud o Hybrid Cloud e pertanto costituisce titolo preferenziale anche la conoscenza di piattaforme Cloud (Google e SAP quelle più utilizzate in questa specifica area). Principali responsabilità: • Progettazione/Design e implementazione di soluzioni utilizzando tecnologie standard capo gruppo Intesasanpaolo • Scouting su prodotti di mercato • Supporto primo impianto e delivery • Service documentation e Handover al supporto; • Supporto alla produzione in prima fase di rilascio; • Devops e change management; • Quality and performance test. Esperienza Richiesta

1-3 anni di esperienza in almeno una delle 3 Tech Aree: Design, Continual Service Improvement, Service Strategy. Titoli preferenziali Certificazioni in ambito tecnologico Conoscenza linguaggi di programmazione o di scripting Gestione budget e/o conoscenze economiche di base Eventuale conoscenza dei processi IT intesasanpaolo. La conoscenza della lingua inglese è un prerequisito e non costituisce un titolo preferenziale.
