Position Overview: As a Human Resources Manager at IntraCare, you'll be at the helm of our organization's beating heart, driving initiatives that empower our team to deliver exceptional care. You'll lead a dynamic HR team, providing strategic guidance, nurturing professional development, and ensuring seamless operations across all locations. From fostering employee relations to ensuring compliance with legal regulations, your expertise will not only shape our culture but elevate our standards, propelling us towards even greater success.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead our HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Employee Development: Cultivate talent through personalized coaching, feedback, and goal-setting, empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and champion organizational growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, serving as a trusted partner and advocate for our team.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver dynamic training programs to enhance skills, foster career growth, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR or related field, with management experience essential.
  • Experience in healthcare settings and multisite operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations, HR best practices, and relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
