We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned Principle Antenna & Electromagnetic Engineer to spearhead our initiatives in the realm of electromagnetic design engineering, focusing on the system conceptualization, design, and deployment tailored to our customer needs. This pivotal role demands a candidate who can not only contribute but also lead high-caliber engineering teams towards groundbreaking achievements in the field.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Spearheaded the development of system architectures, ensuring thorough analysis, design, simulation, fabrication, integration, and testing for RF and EW systems.

- Meticulously analyze customer requirements and constraints to tailor solutions effectively.

- Lead and guide design teams through various development cycles, including concept development and RF system design.

- Engineer complex communication and navigation systems as well as tackle the challenges of designing electrically small antennas.

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders and customers, reporting on progress.

- Drive innovative R&D initiatives to expand the company's technical capabilities across the board.

**Qualifications:**

- A Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a closely related field, accompanied by 12+ years of pertinent experience. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and significant industry experience will also be considered.

- Demonstrable expertise or an exceptional academic record in electromagnetics and antenna design, including analysis, simulation, testing, and debugging.

- A solid foundation in EE fundamentals, including electromagnetics, antenna theory, communication theory, software-defined radio, and circuit theory.

- Proficiency in a variety of tools such as HFSS, CST, Microwave Office, ADS FEKO, COMSOL, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent PCB design tools.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- A self-starter with a strong inclination towards working in a multidisciplinary team setting.

- A proven track record in business development, with the ability to write proposals, white papers, and technical documents.

- Competence in delivering compelling technical presentations to a range of audiences, including internal groups and external sponsors.

- A genuine interest in mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers and students.

**Additional Requirements:**

This role requires active engagement in our laboratories, thus it is not suitable for candidates in search of remote work opportunities. Furthermore, candidates selected for this position must already possess or be able to obtain an active US secret clearance, with a TS preferred.
