Our products and service are crucial to the success of other companies in a number of industries, from manufacturing and pharmaceutical to food and agriculture. We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist to join our growing team In this role you will: Work as part of the IT Operations End User support and engineering team to deploy and maintain Windows desktop operating systems technology solutions in support of identified business needs Provide expert level technical support of end user hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals Be responsible for timely ticket resolution and closure Respond to requests and problems including installing, monitoring, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance Act as a point of escalation for other team members Execute pc refresh process including imaging, deployment, equipment returns and replacements. Support the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes including imaging, deployment and account creation. Perform other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications You have the ability to manage multiple tasks, be detail oriented, be responsive, and demonstrate independent thought and critical thinking You have excellent oral/written problem solving and customer service skills required You have working knowledge or experience working within the ITIL framework You are able to troubleshoot and diagnose complex hardware problems Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite in including O365 You have knowledge of enterprise systems configuration management systems (i.e. SCCM) You have expertise with Windows 10 operating systems. Exposure to Windows server. You have mobile device experience with Apple IOS platforms You have 5+ years’ Desktop Support experience in a medium to large size organization
