This includes overseeing company-wide annual planning and forecasting, developing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing monthly and year-to-date results, providing decision support analytics, planning for liquidity, and assisting with capital market initiatives.

Essential Job Functions: Lead the FP&A team by aligning resources with key business activities to implement the valuation, prioritization, and reporting of initiatives that support the company’s organic and inorganic growth. Provide decision support analytics to senior management. Develop real-time business intelligence dashboards for front-office employees. Oversee the annual budgeting and mid-cycle forecasting processes. Develop financial models to assist executives in making informed business decisions; recommend financial actions to senior management by evaluating options in relation to both near-term and long-term organizational goals. Supervise monthly management reporting to Private Equity sponsors. Supervise reporting to the board of directors. Monitor and report on the company's financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and presenting key financial data and business drivers. Assist the CFO with investor relations.

Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in the financial sector. Extensive experience in preparing forecasts, budgets, financial plans, and creating complex financial models. Strong data management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and other finance software.
