COMPANY: Our client has been an established manufacturer since 1912, customizing large bolts and fasteners for construction projects worldwide which include high-rise buildings, bridges, power plants, and stadiums. In 2022, they shipped over 6.8 million pounds of anchor bolts and construction fasteners to customers in all 50 states, 10 Canadian provinces and territories, and 31 different countries. Due to company growth, they are looking to grow their sales team by adding a Sales Associate.JOB:This is a phenomenal opportunity for a recent graduate or junior professional looking to be a part of an organization that promotes an inclusive culture and loyalty. On average, you will spend 1-1.5 hours daily taking inbound calls and following up with previous and current accounts. The rest of your time will be spent bidding on certain projects, estimating customized orders, account management, and closing sales. The right person for this role will be an engaging conversationalist, very detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects at a time.
