Overview: TRC is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager with extensive underground electric/gas construction experience, as well as substation experience, to join the Field Operations team to perform construction planning and scheduling, constructability reviews, and construction oversite services for a major underground cable and substation update program in New England. This position reports to the Northeast Regional Manager and is considered a long term assignment (5+ years). Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Interface with client representatives Interface with the siting & routing teams Interface with Engineering teams and survey teams Perform route walks & constructability reviews Interface with other client projects Interface with stakeholders (State, City, local, communities) Develop construction schedules Interface with Construction firms Provide construction progress updates Facilitate construction meetings Construction inspection and QA/QC Qualifications: Electric utility construction experience; majority is underground 5 years of leadership / management Underground electric/gas experience Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management and cost estimating software preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Companys annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
