Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit skilled doctors based on our hospitals' needs.
• Job Listing Management: Maintain up-to-date and compelling job postings through our ATS system.
• Advertising Strategy: Develop impactful content and strategically place advertisements for various positions.
• Professional Networking: Cultivate an engaging and active presence for our hospitals on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct thorough interviews and coordinate on-site interactions to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordination and Communication: Organize regular meetings to keep stakeholders informed of recruitment progress and challenges.
• Referral Program Management: Drive both internal and external referrals to expand our talent pool.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels, including resume databases and social media, to identify passive candidates.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about emerging trends and techniques in talent acquisition.
• Offer Management: Support our Operations team in crafting competitive employment offers and negotiating contracts.
• University Relationship Building: Foster partnerships with educational institutions to establish a reliable talent pipeline.
• Event Coordination: Plan and participate in university events and career fairs to connect with potential candidates.

Specific requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of veterinary recruitment experience
• Strong communication, multi-tasking and business partnering skills
• Ability to grasp new platforms and software intuitively
• Ability to self-direct
• Ability to identify and grasp broad objectives
• Experience with sourcing candidates via resume databases and social media platforms
• Ability to consolidate information and actions into reportable formats

This is a full-time remote position. Candidate will need to be located on the east coast. Travel required for veterinary conferences and university campus events (some of these events will take place over the weekend).
