We want your knowledge and expertiseJob Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Dietitian works under the direction of the Clinical Nutrition Services Manager to ensure that patient’s nutritional needs are met. Visits, screens and prioritizes patient care based on acuity level, affecting the nutritional care of patients. Assesses nutritional needs, develops and implements nutritional care, and evaluates and reports these results appropriately. Coordinates these activities with the department’s management team, cooperating with other areas of the department. Serves as a role model for the department.What qualifications you will need:Current Florida license as Registered Dietitian/NutritionistCurrent Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)* Certification with the Commission of American Dietetic AssociationBachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition or related area requiredOne year of experience in healthcare nutrition management preferredHCA Florida Westside Hospital is a 250-bed medical center and healthcare complex.
