Overview My client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and expand its commercial and site land development practice. This role is ideal for someone with 10-15 years of experience who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is ready to build and manage a team from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the commercial/site land development division, including project delivery, client relationships, and team growth. Collaborate with leadership to define strategy and structure for the new team. Work closely with clients, mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
