Associate Attorney

We are seeking a driven and talented Associate Attorney to become part of a prestigious firm recognized for its excellence in civil litigation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and litigate civil cases from inception through resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Participate in discovery, depositions, and courtroom advocacy, including trial preparation.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute strategic approaches to cases.
  • Provide exceptional representation and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

  • 0-7 years of civil litigation experience. Attorneys of all experience levels within this range are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be either a licensed member of the California Bar or awaiting Bar results.

  • Strong preference for attorneys with a demonstrated interest in plaintiff-side litigation.
  • Plaintiff or defense experience
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Westlake Village, California, or the surrounding areas.
