UIG Tanks is a renowned Engineering & Construction located in Lake Forest, CA near the 241 toll road. Our company specializes in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality water storage tanks. Committed to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual to fill the role of Construction Estimator. This position will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects, ensuring accurate cost estimates and efficient project management from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimation:

Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.

Collaborate with various departments to gather essential data for comprehensive project evaluations.

Utilize industry-standard estimation software/tools to ensure precision in cost projections.

Keep abreast of market trends, material costs, and industry benchmarks to enhance estimating accuracy.

Project Management:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and optimize project outcomes.

Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success.

Client Interaction:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing project updates.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring project specifications align with expectations.

Identify opportunities for additional services and collaborate with the sales team to expand project scope.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in estimating and managing projects in civil or industrial construction.

Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.

Proficient in project management tools and software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
