The Opportunity - Electrical Leadman

We are seeking an engaging, detailed oriented team member for the Electrical Leadmanposition

As an Electrical Leadman, you will be primarily support lead electricians with hands on support in the commercial or residential applications. The critical component of this role is to assist with timely task completion at a high level of excellence. In this role you will interact primarily with Lead Electricians and Foreman, as well as, office team members. This position is client facing and always requires team member to be presentable and professional.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Run jobs up to 1200 hours
  • Layout, schedule, and organize material to keep job moving days in advance
  • Effective communicator able to give direction, coach and develop team
  • Tracks progress and assigns work accordingly
  • Have experience using technology to coordinate scheduling
  • Keeps safety as top priority
  • Possesses tools relevant for trade and skill level
Exceptional Candidates:
  • Have 5 or more years of experience in the electrical field
  • Have 1 or more years of experience as a leader in the field
  • Love bringing innovative solutions to light
  • Strong sense of urgency and follow up
  • Ask great questions and take initiative to grow
