As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing daily work orders and invoicing customers according to the service provided. You will promote organic growth of the product segment through fast and accurate responses, interchanging OTC products where possible and applying pricing directives.

What You'll Do:

  • Timely review and invoice of all completed work orders.
  • Managing and tracking outgoing purchase orders to vendors.
  • Resolving billing disputes as necessary.
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Acting as subject matter expert for all key products within the segment: researching and answering technical product or system queries to internal staff, coaching internal sales resources as necessary, etc.
  • Acting as Service Support - central dispatch, customer follow up, lead generation, and warranty administration.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
What You'll Need:
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in specified product segment
  • Computer software skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe PDF and Infor SXE)
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency; responds to requests in a timely manner.
  • Strong (email, phone, web and in person) communication and customer service skills. (Prior experience in a customer service role preferred).
