**Transportation Drivers**

**Transportation Drivers Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Drive shuttle vehicles to and from the river and other destinations

* Maintain vehicles in a neat and clean manner

* Entertain guests

* Seek to provide our guests with the best outdoor experience of their lives

* Use computers to check availability and record reservations accurately

* Present facts about the regions natural and human history

* Provide a positive role model for children and facilitate kid-friendly activities

* Prepare delicious meals

* Care for High Mountain Expeditions equipment

* Adhere to Seven Principles of Leave No Trace at all times

* Be a steward of the natural areas in which we travel

**Transportation Drivers Qualifications:**

* Must provide a DOT driving record annually

* DOT regulations require a physical exam & drug testing of all qualified applicants

* CPR and First-Aid Certified (WFR/SWR are a plus)

* Customer service experience or superb people skills

* Experience or willingness to work with young children and adolescents

* Physically fit

* Team player

* Excellent communication skills

* Fluent English

* Non-Smoker

* Creative approach to problem-solving

* Basic computer knowledge
