If this resonates with you, then NAPA Auto Parts is the company for you JOB PURPOSE:The Store Sales Associate is the first point of contact for NAPA's retail customers. A person in this position is responsible for promoting sales by understanding the customers' needs, sourcing parts, and ensuring customers receive a good experience.DUTIES:Build good relationships with NAPA customers.Greet customers and demonstrate ability to quickly understand needs.Secure correct parts and resolving issues for customers.Maintain appearance of store and displays.Assist in receiving/stocking incoming merchandise.BENEFITS:Paid Time OffPaid holidaysMedicalDentalVision401 (k) matchStore discount Uniform providedQUALIFICATIONS:Valid Driver's License preferred. Previous retail sales experience preferred.GED preferred.Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.*This is not a complete list of responsibilities.
