Under the direction of the Accounting and Tax Supervisor, assist in preparing all key tax and accounting functions for the Company. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and International tax laws, including the preparation of all related tax filings and IFRS reporting under IAS 12 and IFRIC 23. Assist in preparing for regulatory audits, develop and implement necessary tax policies, research the tax impact of proposed business decisions, and maintain all required Company tax records and documentation. Support fixed asset, lease, and cash accounting functions by ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures and IFRS reporting requirements.

Under the direction of the CFO and external tax advisors, obtain Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) with the IRS, document transfer pricing methodology, and conduct related transfer pricing studies to support the Company's approach.

Leverage technology to improve processes and set an example of integrity, accountability, and urgency for colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Month-End Close and General Ledger

* Supervision of External and Internal Tax Advisors

* Liaison to External Taxing Authorities

* Cash Accounting

* Fixed Asset and Lease Accounting

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years of progressive tax and full-cycle accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a CPA firm, preferably focusing on preparing/reviewing general ledgers, financial statements, income tax provisions, and FIN 48/IFRIC 23 analyses. Experience should include preparing federal and multi-state income tax returns and conducting tax research in various areas, including international tax, state unitary analysis, and consolidated federal returns. Must have in-depth knowledge and practical application of federal and state income tax laws, and certain areas of international tax law, along with thorough knowledge of financial accounting and GAAP and/or IFRS. Experience in a distribution environment is preferred.

Academic/Training: A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university is required.

Professional Certification: CPA license or actively working towards a CPA license is preferred.

* Energetic, trustworthy, and confident team member able to collaborate across a diverse group of colleagues to meet and exceed the Company's objectives and goals. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with advanced Excel skills. * Ability to perform high-quality tax and accounting research using sophisticated online databases. * Prior experience with Oracle preferred. * Strong leadership, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. * Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization, outside tax consultants, and taxing authorities. * Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. * Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Physical Demands:

* Ability to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods. * May require walking primarily on a level surface, reaching above shoulder height and below the waist, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:

* Typical office environment with controlled air and mild temperatures.
