The Corporate Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Corporate Account Operations team that supports the customer experience for Magid's corporate customers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the team's KPIs. You should be an excellent communicator and an effective team leader with strong relationship-building skills. Additionally, this position will serve as an escalation point for corporate account customers. Your main goal will be to ensure high-quality service for our clients and to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of our accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervises Corporate Accounts Operations team to support Corporate Account needs
  • Coach and Develop the team to enhance Excel and Analytics skills
  • Oversee the price adjustment process and collaborate with the Sales effectiveness team to address any issues with logic and troubleshooting
  • Handle escalated issues for Corporate Account Customers
  • Establish and manage attainable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide strategic insight to upper management
  • Report on activities and accounts
  • Monitor team performance and give guidance when needed
  • Achieve Strategic Initiatives
  • Continuous Process Improvement
  • Manage internal approvals process for customer rebates
  • Create, implement, and execute department training programs, processes, and procedures
  • Work with various departments and levels of management
  • Work on special projects
  • Backup support for the analysts when necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Account Management
  • Extensive Excel Knowledge including but not limited to: Pivot Tables, Advanced Formula writing (ex. VLookups, HLookups, Index(match), Sumproduct and more), form Tables, and Dashboards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Analytical Experience
  • Previous success in influencing without direct authority and leading change initiatives
  • Experience with Power BI preferred
  • Experience leading a team preferred
