DescriptionAuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a RN Quality and Compliance Specialist for ourIntegrated Health Services (Skilled home-based-care) department for our Greensboro campus. This is a Full-time Hybrid position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. * Must be a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist and must reside in North Carolina within 30 minutes - 1 hour from our Greensboro campus*This RN Serves as the organization's expert related to quality and regulatory compliance associated with the Integrated Health service line. The RN will be responsible for collecting quality and regulatory data related to Integrated Health services. The RN is responsible for developing an annual audit schedule as part of the quality program. They will serve as a resource for staff. Educates others regarding home health regulation. Compiles outcome measures data. The RN will develop and lead Oasis education for clinical staff. Leads regulatory and policy / procedures updates. Stays abreast of industry compliance changes and disseminates information regarding changes in regulation. Responsible for organization survey readiness and re-accreditation process. Assists with compliance initiatives and performance improvement plans including but not limited to QAPI.
