The Director of Operations role entails spearheading the development and management of a financially efficient operation that surpasses guest anticipations by delivering top-tier culinary offerings and beverages. With comprehensive oversight, the Director of Operations will manage all facets of the private membership dining club, including membership matters, sales initiatives, profit optimization, and fostering strong client connections. This demanding position demands an individual deeply dedicated to enhancing the membership journey through strategic approaches, inventive communication strategies, and tailored interactions.   Benefits:

  Qualifications:
  • The Director of Operations must have proven performance in growing sales, training and developing employees and controlling costs
  • The Director of Operations must have a minimum of 6 years of hospitality leadership experience
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills is a must for the Director of Operations
  • The Director of Operations must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • The Director of Operations must have excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal skills
