Technical:
•12-15 years of experience insoftware development and architecture.
•Proven experience with AzureCognitive Search and other Azure AI services.
•Strong knowledge of searchtechnologies, including Lucene, Elasticsearch, etc.
•Experience with AI technologiessuch as natural language processing and machine learning.
•Hands on experience in .net andPython coding.
•Solid understanding on AI models,Open AI rest API.
•Familiarity with full life cycleimplementation from requirements gathering to solution design, development,testing and deployment.
•Interacting with clients, providerecommendations based on client needs.

Behavioral:
•Strong Analytical thinking,problem-solving skills in Azure and communication skills.
•Strong communication,presentation and writing skills.
•Ability to work independently andas part of a team.

Certificates(preferred):
•Microsoft AZ AI certification.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-powered search solutionsusing Azure Cognitive Search.
  • Design Azure AI Search Architecture involvingvector search, hybrid search & AI enrichment.
  • Develop search indexes, queries, filters, andfacets to enhance search functionality.
  • Integrate AI capabilities such as natural languageprocessing, machine learning, and knowledge mining into searchsolutions.
  • Optimize search performance and relevance usingAzure Cognitive Search features.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integratesearch solutions into applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship tojunior team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends andtechnologies in AI and search technology.
  • Provide detailed design specifications anddocumentation.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on cloud-based bestpractices and trends.
