CRS Temporary Housing is a leader in our industry providing temporary housing solutions to individuals who are displaced from their homes due to loss. Working with insurance companies and policyholders, we offer a range of services to make this difficult time easier. The office is located in North Central Phoenix. New employees complete in?office training for the first few weeks and work in?office until they demonstrate proficiency in the role, which typically takes about 90 days. Afterward, they may work from home on a hybrid basis, still expected to attend periodic in?office training and meetings. Computer and phone equipment will be provided. All employees must have reliable high?speed internet service and a suitable workspace at home. We are seeking ambitious, highly motivated individuals to provide superior service and encourage repeat business from insurance companies and their customers. This is a customer?service position suited for high performers and will involve booking hotels, managing long?term housing needs, and acting as the liaison between policyholders, insurance adjusters, and landlords. The role is open to the primary point of contact until families move back home. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour, with additional opportunity for monthly incentives. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the point of contact for policyholders and adjusters, providing information and education on the temporary housing process. Manage the needs of the policyholders and keep claim expenses within policy limits. Obtain adjuster approvals and accurately process extensions as needed. Resolve any customer service issues related to the stay in the hotel or rental property. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and properly resolving questions, issues and problems via email and telephone communication. Manage a high volume of email and inbound/outbound telephone calls for claim handling, documenting all activities in the companys computer system. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency with grammar and phone etiquette. Strong problem?solving skills with a proactive and innovative focus. Excellent multitasking ability; sense of urgency and deadline oriented. Accurate, detail?oriented, and well organized. Strong critical thinking and problem?solving abilities. Compassionate and capable of handling sensitive information. Calm and professional during stressful situations. Education and/or Experience Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred. Typing speed of 40 wpm or higher preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Stable work history with reliable attendance. High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of college degree coursework preferred. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and phone headset.
