Our diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments and informatics systems are often the first step in patient care decision making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers.The Production Operator isresponsiblefor all tasks associated with production activities for aseptically filling and label application of the filled bottles/vials. Functions include but are not limited to: the operation (setup, shutdown, and cleaning) of filling equipment inside of a ISO 7 environment, the operation (setup, shutdown and cleaning) of multiple pieces of equipment in which perform quality checks and label application an open air Controlled Non Classified area (CNC), extensive documentation digitally and hard copy. Operator will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, general housekeeping, andsupport production activities outside their direct area or work. Ability tomulti-task in adynamic environmentwith the ability to comprehend, make decisive decisions and use problem solving skills while maintaining quality product and areaGMPat all times.What You’ll Work OnProvide support to Division Classic Manufacturing Operations.Reads, understands and follows manufacturing documentation and instructions. Operates within procedures and product specifications.Work with minimal supervision. Elevates significant problems to the appropriate level of personnel.Maintains product quality and meets production standards. Follows GMP's, standard operating procedures, and applicable safety rules.Follow established GMP instructions without deviationAbility to execute highly complex or specialized work.Proactivity monitor production activities (clearing of minor jams) and other types of downtime issues on the line to minimize impact to production processReports any abnormal equipment functionor product problems as soon as identifiedOperatefilling/labeling/other pieces equipment according to established procedures or specificationsOperating multiple pieces of equipment at one timeResponsiblefor theaccuratecompletion of the work order and otherdocumentationSafely operate of all equipment andpromptly reports all incidents, injuries or safety hazardsMaintain accurate and legible recordsComplete inspection of products and materials to ensure acceptable visual and physical appearancePerform basic calculationsMaintaining and replenishing production materialsCompletes general housekeeping tasksBe a positive contributor to the production teamTake accountability for theirs as well as the teams performance and efficiencyFollow basic instructions with minimal instructionBe able to communicate effectively: face to face, via phone, and emailUtilization of a computer-based programs: Microsoft Office, SAP, and other custom programs unique to production activitiesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum 3 years Manufacturing operations experience.Keyboarding skills a must.Ability to read and comprehend written workorder instructions.Experience in a GMP environment.Ability to multitask and deliver consistent results with above average accuracy.Capable of operating complex processing equipment, including set up and troubleshooting experience with complex processing equipment.Ability to gown to work in a clean environment.
