Perform routine facility housekeeping tasks, including floor cleaning, buffing, carpet shampooing, and periodic floor refinishing. Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as required within facility departments. Conduct cleaning tasks such as washing walls, windows, vacuuming ceiling vents, and disposing of trash and linen. Uphold a sanitary and organized facility through attention to detail and adherence to established schedules and procedures. Qualifications Valid driver's license may be required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Six (6) months of floor care experience preferred; additional training provided on the job. Experience in general housekeeping is preferred. Physical capability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds, including medical supplies and equipment.
