Director of Digital Delivery

- Success within this position will be marked by leading the successful rollout of forward-thinking digital solutions to our markets that lead to member experience advantages and recurring sources of revenue.
- Taking a holistic perspective, you will be responsible for evolving the member experience across all pieces of the digital product ecosystem including, but not limited to the mobile app, online banking platform, digital account opening platform, ATMs, ITMs, Cryptocurrency, 3rd party platforms and in branch components.
- Although not the owner of service and support, this role is responsible to spearhead development opportunities that enhance the member experience, with 3rd party vendors. These vendors include NCR, Fiserv, Meridian Link and others.
- Work closely with Member Engagement to help identify digital opportunities for improvement within the member experience. These opportunities may include converting steps to digital, eliminating steps in the process, automating via CRM or other means, or improving the existing digital experience.
- In addition to shaping the member experience, you'll play a lead role in shaping process, building relationships between teams (Member Engagement, IT, Marketing, Lending, Payments, and Operations) and championing user-centered strategy within the organization.
- Provide direction, guidance, and translate business requirements to designers, IT, and other key stakeholders. This direction can include performing analysis, defining requirements, working with teams to develop solutions to meet these requirements, and to test and deliver experiences with the member in mind.
- Building the partnership with internal and external stakeholders whose products, solutions or features affect the member experience.
- Update leadership team on the product roadmap status including dependencies that could impact deliverables along with recommended solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor across teams and the business on how an experience does/could manifest throughout the product.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor offerings, providing comparisons and recommendations.
- Provide analysis of member impact or financial impact resulting from a recommendation.

- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 10 years experience in research innovation
- Minimum of 10 years experience in project management
- Experience in Financial Service, required
- Experience with ROI Analysis
- Writing and editing skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills required.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks.
- Ability to use written and oral communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and exercise good judgment, initiative, tact and professionalism in representing WeStreet with members, managers, staff and vendors.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as marketing data, policy and procedures.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
