Project Manager for Microsoft Solutions and IT Project

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a projects development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.The Project Manager will provide project management services several IT projects around Microsoft Solutions including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Biz Apps Platform Services particularly Azure Open AI, Dynamics 365, Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive. Resource should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Any experience in pharma or gaming domain will be an advantage.The candidate should have experience with Change Management process and implementation and End User Adoption. The successful candidate will be able to execute on a project plan on time and on budget, identify and report on issues that may arise in the project and resolve issues and conflicts.Must be able to talk across all organizational levels (Stakeholders, Champions, Technical, PM's and Executives).Responsibilities Coordinate internal and external resourcesCollaborate with all stakeholdersDevelop the scope and objectives of the projectTrack adherence to project budget and timelineEnsure necessary resources are available and allocated to the projectDevelop detailed project plans and milestonesMeasure and report on project progressTrain new and existing clients on software, either on-site or remotelyCreate user manuals, tips for clients, and other tools to assist clients in using our softwareWork with clients and internal employees to coordinate the various tasks for a given projectAble to effectively and accurately delegate responsibilitiesPrevious experience in time-sensitive technology projectsMaintain excellent client relationships and communications at all timesIncludes a mix of Onsite and Offsite work in Las Vegas to participate in the Change Management process.Includes working with various departments to implement Microsoft Application.Perform various activities as it relates to the Change Management process.Assist the Project Manager, Business and System Owners with the Change Management process.Work with vendors and internal staff as it relates to the Change Management process.Qualifications Valid PMP/PRINCE II certification is preferredBachelors degree is preferredPrevious experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferredProficient in project management softwareStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriatelyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong technical skills in software development and web technologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
