IP Docketing Clerk

Location: Irvine, CA

Compensation: $35 to $38 per hour

Job Type: 1 to 2 Month Contract, Onsite, Full-Time

LHH is working with a reputable law firm seeking a detail-oriented IP Docketing Clerk with strong intellectual property (IP) knowledge to assist in a 1-2 month project. This short-term contract role requires a diligent, organized professional to review, update, and manage IP records and data as part of a time-sensitive project. Ideal candidates will have expertise in Excel and familiarity with IP docketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough audit of IP matters, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Review, track, and verify IP-related documentation in compliance with firm standards.
  • Organize and manage IP docketing data in Excel, with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of the audit.
  • Other IP-related administrative tasks as needed to support the audit process.

Qualifications:

  • Background in IP docketing or IP-related work.
  • Familiarity with IP docketing systems.
  • Strong Excel skills, including data entry, sorting, and formatting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
