Brown & Brown Risk Solutions is looking for a Senior Captive Consultant to work remotely with the National Captive team in Burlington, VT.

As a Senior Captive Consultant, you will be client-facing, providing strategic consulting to customers on their Captive insurance needs. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing feasibility studies for prospective captive clients
  • Preparing client and prospective presentations on clients
  • Developing strategies for existing customer base
  • Assessing prospective customer's captive needs and determining appropriate structure
QUALIFICATIONS:

We are interested in speaking with candidates that have 5-8 years of experience working with Captive insurance programs.
  • Ability to develop and communicate innovation solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • CPA or CA strongly preferred
  • CPCU, ARM, ACI preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to establish work priorities and manage time effectively.
