Responsibilities As a Project Civil Engineer on the Land Development Team, you'll bring energy and expertise to the table. Your responsibilities will include:

Generating engineering design calculations and construction plans to support residential, commercial, and roadway developments, encompassing site grading, stormwater, utility design, and detailed reports.

Conducting code reviews, entitlements, and comprehensive due diligence research.

Utilizing your skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare plans that meet their high standards.

Qualifications We're looking for candidates with:

5-10 years of Civil Engineering experience.

Proficiency in ICPR, WaterCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

A proven understanding of stormwater, utility design, and land development.

Familiarity with the permitting process, codes, and criteria.

Previous experience in preparing construction plans and reports.

Preferred experience in Florida land development projects.

A BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

Preferred licensure as a Professional Engineer in Florida.

Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications Additionally, the ideal candidate should be:

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

A team player with a solution-oriented mindset.

Holder of a valid Florida Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

Experienced in land development permitting.
