Inventory Specialist

Job Responsibilities Check rugs in and out daily using our computer systems Run daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory reports Quarterly physical inventory check with West Coast Regional Manager Assist sales staff on the showroom floor when needed, such as flipping rugs during client presentations or loading and unloading rugs Troubleshoot rug histories and locations Conduct rug and sample inventories as needed Receive and identify shipments to the showroom. Ship rugs and samples via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Common Carrier. Domestic and International Tag rugs are shipped directly to our showroom from consignment vendors Pull and prepare rugs for shipping, client assistance, or approvals on memos or transfer Perform other tasks and duties as assigned Job Requirements Must possess a pleasant demeanor, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task and speak in a clear, articulate manner Frequently communicates with coworkers.
