Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through active engagement and assistance to customers.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Implement feedback from managers to improve sales performance.
- Stay informed of local competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve personal and store objectives.
- Maintain an active client base and compile customer information for future engagements.
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience, demonstrating professionalism, product expertise, and courteous demeanor.
- Ensure all product displays and counters are maintained in a clean and attractive manner.
Education: Not specified.
Experience: 3-5+ years of sales/retail experience, preferably in the luxury market. Jewelry or timepiece experience is a bonus.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills, professional appearance, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
Certifications: Not required.
Knowledge: Understanding of luxury market dynamics and clienteling practices.
Key Competencies: Client relationship building, sales proficiency, product knowledge, teamwork, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
Additional Information: This position requires the flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends. The role is based in Plattsburgh, NY, focusing on providing a high-level in-store experience and meeting sales objectives.
