We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk for a large beverage distributor in Union City, CA. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for providing support to various accounting functions, including data entry, scanning documents, copying, filing, answering phones, coding and processing invoices, and working with Excel spreadsheets.

salary: $22 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Scan all customer invoices into the system daily
  • Match and batch paperwork (invoices & credits) accurately and under time constraints
  • Provide clerical support to the Accounting Department
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
