Location: NOUN Hotel in the Tribute Collection with Marriott

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at the NOUN Hotel in the Tribute Collection with Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience with Marriott properties and lightspeed preferred, as well as 1-2 years of upscale or modern hotel customer service. The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Perform all front desk duties during the night shift, including check-in, check-out, and answering guest inquiries

- Balance and audit all hotel revenue and expenses for the day

- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management

- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the night shift

- Assist with any guest requests or issues that may arise during the night shift

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

- GED/High School Diploma

- 1-2 years of experience with Marriott properties and lightspeed preferred

- 1-2 years of upscale or modern hotel customer service

- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English

- Ability to physically stand for 8 hours a day
