The successful candidate will be involved in the design of electrical schematics and other project documents using AutoCAD, Excel, and Word. Key responsibilities include onsite and remote PLC programming, delivering training to end-user customers, providing direct technical support to customers and colleagues in the field, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves efficiently managing multiple active projects at varying stages of progress and developing quotes for new sales and service opportunities. The position requires up to 30% travel to customer sites, both domestic and internationally.

Hard Skills

+ Experience with large motors and conveyor systems

+ PLC programming on a large scale

+ Troubleshooting PLC on a large scale

+ Ability to make online edits on the PLC program RS Logic 500 or 5,000

+ Creating, reading, and interoperating electrical schematics

+ Experience as a project engineer or with an OEM or Distributor

+ Experience on the applications side with VFD's or Drives

+ Experience working with VPNs

+ Experience with the full turnkey process

Soft Skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects

+ Strong communication skills

+ Customer satisfaction prioritization

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Buffalo, New York.
