Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to individuals exploring gig work and side hustle opportunities
  • Create and curate engaging content to inspire and educate our community
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in gig work and social media
  • Collaborate with other mentors and experts to develop educational materials and interactive sessions
  • Support community members in setting goals and developing actionable plans for their gig work journey
  • Engage and build relationships with our community members through social media platforms
  • Analyze and report on the performance of our social media initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Deep understanding of the gig economy and different types of gig work
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging content and storytelling
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Passion for helping others succeed and a genuine interest in gig work and entrepreneurship
