**Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative DSP and Communications Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing communication systems under challenging conditions. As the technical lead, you will spearhead the development of special communications capabilities across a diverse range of applications, contributing significantly to our strategic business development efforts. This position offers a fast-paced working environment where you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing ample opportunities for learning, growth, and significant contributions to various projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the design and development of DSP algorithms tailored for advanced communication systems.

- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create cutting-edge software-defined radio solutions.

- Research and propose Client solutions to overcome challenges in communication systems.

- Support business development initiatives by writing proposals, white papers, and technical documentation.

- Deliver compelling technical presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of new technologies.

**Required Qualifications:**

- MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with over 10 years of relevant experience.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing highly efficient DSP algorithms for communication systems.

- Experience with spread spectrum signals and a deep understanding of the trade-offs involved in algorithm design for communication systems.

- Solid knowledge of digital communication systems, channel coding algorithms, and modulation theory.

- Practical experience with software-defined radios.

- Proficiency in MATLAB for prototyping, simulating, and testing systems.

**Security Requirements:**

- Must possess an active security clearance.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance is required.
