Overview:

Role Overview:

As a Process Engineer, you'll work closely with the Value Stream Manager and functional teams to refine and enhance our manufacturing processes and procedures. Your enthusiasm and efforts will help us optimize the use of materials, machines, and facilities, ensuring the continuous production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

What you will do

  • Stabilize and standardize manufacturing operations to maximize efficiency by capturing standard operations and creating procedures and training material.
  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and implementing technological advancements.
  • Support the deployment of a 6S framework to enhance productivity and safety.
  • Collaborate on growth initiatives, including planning and installing new equipment.
  • Maintain high standards through regular procedure checks and quality audits.


Qualifications:

What you will bring

  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on improving efficiency and/or product quality.
  • A proactive, positive, and open-minded outlook.
  • An awareness of project management principles, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in and Engineering, Manufacturing or Sciences is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a critical and analytical mindset.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of working well within a team and across departments.
