Title: Distribution Center Manager

Work Hours: Second Shift (3:00 p.m. - Close), Full Time

Location: Manchester, Connecticut

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in a leadership role in distribution center operations.
  • Strong team-building skills with integrity and reliability.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move objects with 20+ pounds of force.
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Adhere to safety standards during warehouse duties.
  • Ability to walk long distances within the warehouse.
