Role: Jira Admin

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States

Skillsets Required;

5+ years in Atlassian Jira Align and Jira Cloud products experience and Providing application support for JIRA Cloud & Jira align users

Understand tools ITIL support framework to ensure a strong understanding of processes.

Creating and customizing the Jira projects according to the purpose, such as customizing fields, permission, and workflow.

Ability to create complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes

Agile practice and portfolio project management

DevSecOps working model, system administration and support, software bug-fix, and maintenance

Preferable:

Experience in one or more of the following: Cloud Apps and plug-ins, Workday, Oracle, TestRail, Databases, C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, Ruby or Shell Scripting.

Atlassian Jira certifications or other certifications- ITSM

Experience in data and system security

Experience in deploying cloud services, monitoring, alerting, and handling escalations

Excellent verbal and writing skills

Possess Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and business processes.
