Hours: Full - Time M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Do

  • Monitor warranty claims submission, acceptance rate and resubmission
  • Know and understand all the manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures
  • Enter warranty claims into the DCS system promptly and properly
  • Assist service advisors in scheduling service appointments
  • File service department repair orders
  • Send in extended warranty claims to the proper warranty company. Monitor schedule and follow up on any aged items
