**ABOUT HOTEL EMBLEM AND THE OBSCENITY BAR AND LOUNGE**

Hotel Emblem San Francisco is inspired by the literature phenomenon and unfettered spirit of the Beat Generation San Franciscos most celebrated cultural movement of the 20th century that inspired millions to live boldly and uncensored. A member of The Viceroy Urban Retreats, the upscale 96-room boutique hotel is located where Nob Hill meets Union Square, featuring eclectic guestrooms, stimulating events, rich cultural and wellness experiences, and the authentic hospitality that Viceroy guests are accustomed to.

The Obscenity Bar and Lounge is an intimate space where local happy hours, intimate dates, and San Francisco visitors are equally at home. The lounge draws inspiration from the worlds great hotel bars, including the Savoy in London and the King Cole bar at the St. Regis in New York City. A location where classic cocktails are served with attentive hospitality in an elegant setting.

**Scope of this Position:**

* Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers tables rapidly and accurately.

* Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins.

* Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.

* Assists bartenders, servers, and kitchen by maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure quick and friendly service to our guests.

**Qualified Candidates will possess the following:**

* California Food Handler's Card.

* A positive, service-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a team.

* Thursday - Saturday availability required.
