Learn more about our company values and focus on employee development at borcohdd.com.Job HighlightsPhysical Labor: Assist with the construction and maintenance of underground utilities, including Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) tasks.Training Opportunity: Develop your skills in HDD operations and embark on a rewarding construction career.Team-Oriented Environment: Work closely with a dedicated crew, focused on safe and efficient project execution.ResponsibilitiesAssist with Construction Tasks: Engage in physical labor, including digging trenches, clearing waste materials, cleaning and preparing construction sites, and handling a variety of hand and power tools.Site Preparation: Prepare work areas to optimize HDD operations, ensuring all zones are free from debris and potential hazards.Drilling Support: Aid in the setup and installation of drill tooling and pipes for underground utilities.Safety Compliance: Promote safety by monitoring crew members and ensuring all work adheres to company safety protocols.Traffic Control: Set up traffic signs and manage traffic flow to alert vehicles of active construction zones.Equipment Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
