Job Title: Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist

Schedule: Part-Time
- Monday - Friday: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Copeland Toyota is looking for a motivated and articulate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cashier. This position offers an opportunity to work in a customer service-oriented role within our dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Operate switchboard telephone system and assist callers efficiently
- Provide basic information and assistance to customers with general inquiries
- Perform various clerical duties as needed
- Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers accurately
- Make change and issue receipts to customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the waiting area and replenish customer caf supplies
- Record and verify cash, check, and credit card transactions at the end of each shift
- Stay updated on dealership products, services, and pricing changes
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and refer complex issues to appropriate personnel

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple phone calls simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous dealership or retail receptionist experience preferred
- Willingness to work evening shifts and weekends as required
- Must successfully pass pre-employment testing including background checks, drug test, credit report, and possess a valid driver's license
- Professional personal appearance and demeanor
