Tennessee Quality Care Hospice is seeking an RN Case Manager to join their growing team in Clarksville. This field-based position is responsible for managing a caseload of patients, providing therapeutic nursing, coordinating care, and supporting patients and their families in the comfort of their homes. Territory: Clarksville, TN and surrounding counties Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm.
