As the Home Care Marketer at MiHom, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote MiHom's home care services to potential clients and referral sources. You will work closely with the management team to identify target markets, develop marketing materials, and establish relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
You will:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MiHom's home care services to potential clients and referral sources
- Identify target markets and develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and website content, to effectively communicate the benefits of MiHom's home care services
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources to generate referrals and increase awareness of MiHom's home care services
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve performance
- Collaborate with the management team to develop pricing strategies and promotional offers to attract new clients and retain existing clients
- Participate in community events, such as health fairs and senior expos, to promote MiHom's home care services and build relationships with potential clients and referral sources
- Provide training and support to the home care staff to ensure that they are able to effectively communicate the benefits of MiHom's home care services to potential clients and referral sources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in home care marketing to continually improve MiHom's marketing strategies and tactics.
- Successfully communicate/market MiHom Healthcare services and create community/industry awareness around company offerings.
You will have:
- At least 1 or more years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of healthcare marketing strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, referral sources, and the home care staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in marketing technology, such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and website analytics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Commitment to providing high-quality home care services to clients and their families.
- Knowledge of Home Care / Medicaid eligibility.
