Key Responsibilities:
Generating innovative ideas & product solutions
Planning and running experiments that result in product improvements
Developing products that meet customer and manufacturing requirements

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 3 plus years Design Engineer experience preferred
CAD modeling proficiency (NX preferred) as well as experience with Analysis tools: FEA, LS-DYNA
Effective communication, problem solving, project management and organizational skills
New Product or Technology Development, Steel fabrication and casting design experience and/or Mining or Construction industry experience preferred
