Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Execute best practices instituted by the UPS store Franchise and the District ManagerMeet customer service expectationsDay-to-day operations Housekeeping standards Maintain effective communication with staff and management via TrelloMaintain merchandising standardsAnswer customers' questions and provide information on products and servicesProcess customers in a timely mannerFollow packaging requirements to ensure no damage occurs to customers' products during transitEnsure all packaging requirements are communicated with the UPS driver at the time of pickup (Ex: High-value items are signed at pickup) Assist customers with copying, faxing, laminating, and binding projects Coordinate print customers with our print specialist Sell and Maintain customer mailboxes Balance end-of-day drawers Knowledge, Skills, and Physical Requirements Strong written and communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Able to maintain a professional attitude and appearance Ability to multitask Ability to lift at least 60 pounds and reach above your head Must be able to stand for up to 8-10 hours a shift.3-5 days a week, at least one night closing until 6:00 PM and working every other weekend.Operation Hours:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PMSaturday - 8:00AM- 5:00PMSunday - 10:00 AM - 3:00PM
