Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of customer software implementations from post-sale to go live. Using problem solving skills and thoughtful analysis to uncover root cause problems, they will implement effective solutions to complex issues. They will build and maintain strong relationships to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations to improve products and services. What you'll be doing: Understand the typical client workflow. Manage multiple projects with multiple customers. Understand the standard project tasks and resource requirements, both internal and for the client. Coordinate planning and implementation steps following Volpara's tested framework, occasionally adjusting work hours to align with customer time zones and project needs. Utilize internal and external reporting tools to keep parties informed. What you will bring to the role: Minimum education: Associates degree, Bachelor's degree preferred. Project management experience, PMP certification desirable. Minimum 4 years customer contact experience or equivalent. Competent with Microsoft software including Windows, Office, etc. Experience managing software implementation projects, particularly in SaaS environments. Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Salesforce is preferred. Knowledge of medical IT standards, which may include HL7, DICOM, and HIPAA regulations preferred. Be analytical and enjoy utilizing problem solving skills. Be detail-oriented in a multi-tasking environment. Have an excellent phone/on-line demeanor. Be a precise written communicator. Fluency in Spanish to support our growing Latin American customer base. What you will receive: The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $97,000 per annum, full time equivalent. Benefits include the option to participate in medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances; a 401K plan with a company match; and generous paid time off. Other things to note: This role will be hybrid if the successful applicant lives within commuting distance of our US office (Lynnwood, WA). For candidates outside this location, the role will be fully remote. Candidates must currently have the right to work in the United States to apply. Lunit International operates across multiple time zones, and this role may occasionally require working outside of standard business hours to support international customers or team collaboration. We offer flexible scheduling to help balance these needs with personal commitments/work life balance.
